I am amazed when I read back.
I was so grieved back when I first started this blog. That was when I realized all my struggles were linked to my ADD/ADHD. it was a time of relief and sadness all wrapped into one intense season.
Now I have control. I have helped many other poeple come to understand their ADD/ADHD and set them free from the dark side of having a beautiful mind.
I love and appreciate people and life WAY more!
I do not judge or curse others unknowingly like I used to ...I have matured in love and in life. I love myself more than ever, this is such a nice feeling! I have also learned about my autistic flares connected to my ADD/HD and now advocate for myself and this has been life changing!
Im off all meds and I am truly healing .....
My new thing these days .... collecting t-shitrs, especially funny ones or vintage ones!

Im still thankful for my beautiful mind.
